One balance. No plans, no credits.

Top up in dollars

Add money by card, from $10. It becomes your balance at face value: a dollar in is a dollar to spend.

Pay per result

Each signal that returns a result is charged at its rate. Every response says what the call cost, down to the signal.

Keep what you do not use

The balance never expires and is never reset. There is no plan to outgrow and no monthly allowance to lose.

Volume

Bigger top-ups get a bonus.

We reward volume on the money, never on the rate. Top up a larger amount and we add a bonus to your balance; every check still costs exactly what the rate card says.

The last two columns show the smallest top-up of each step. The bonus is a percentage of what you pay, added at once, spent like the rest and never expiring.

Monthly top-up

For teams that want neither a large payment up front nor a reminder to log in. Choose an amount; it is added to your balance every month, with the same bonus as a one-time top-up.

Invoice and bank transfer

For finance teams that cannot pay by card. We issue a pro-forma invoice for the amount you choose and credit your balance when the transfer arrives. Purchase orders, signed agreements and service levels are covered by the enterprise agreement.

FAQ

About billing.

Why is there no monthly plan?
Because a plan makes you guess your volume in advance, pay for what you do not use, and lose it at the end of the month. A balance in dollars does none of that. If you prefer a fixed monthly payment, the monthly top-up gives you one, and whatever you do not spend stays yours.
Does my balance expire?
No. For as long as your account is open, money you add stays on your balance until you spend it, including the bonus that came with a top-up.
Do you offer volume discounts?
The rates are the same for everyone, and public. Volume is rewarded on the money instead: the larger the top-up, the larger the bonus added to it, and contracts paid by invoice can carry a discount on the invoice. That way the price of a check is always the one printed here.
Is there a free plan or a free trial?
There is no free plan. Sandbox keys are free and return simulated results for documented inputs, which is enough to build an integration before paying for anything. If you are evaluating ProofTell for your company, sign up with your work email and request a $10 evaluation credit from the Billing page of the dashboard.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, through Stripe. If your finance team cannot pay by card, we issue a pro-forma invoice for a top-up and credit your balance when the bank transfer arrives. Write to support@prooftell.com; it does not require an enterprise agreement.
Are taxes included?
Prices exclude any tax that applies to you. Checkout collects your billing address and your tax ID.
What happens when the balance runs out?
The owners of the organization get an email when the balance is low, and another if it reaches zero. A file cannot be started until the balance covers it, and a request refused for lack of balance says so: the error carries the amount required, the amount available and a link to top up. Nothing is ever charged below zero.
Can I get a refund?
A check that returned a result is not refunded: the answer was delivered. Top-ups are not refundable either, except where the law requires it. If you topped up by mistake, write to support@prooftell.com before spending it and we will look at it.
Do you sign contracts and service levels?
Yes, under an enterprise agreement: $1,500 per year for our master services agreement, service level agreement and DPA signed as they are, and from $5,000 per year, quoted, for your own paper or negotiated terms. Most teams do not need one: the DPA and the security documentation are published and apply to every account.
